Editorial Policy

Human-verified

Our editorial articles are added and checked by an editor before publication. We do not automatically publish AI-generated political news. The separate publisher-headlines feed displays original, source-linked headlines from Punch, Vanguard, Arise TV and Channels TV; these are publisher reporting, not independently verified articles by our team.

Attribution

Headlines, summaries and images are attributed to their original source, and we link to the original article wherever one exists.

Neutrality

We cover all parties and candidates fairly. Analysis and opinion pieces are clearly labelled.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it promptly. Contact hello@9jaelectionwatch.ng.
